Job Summary:
A Kitting/Crib Attendant in a tooling facility maintains current inventory control records by posting quantity of items in stock as well as, quantity and location of parts and supplies issued or used by the department.
Job Responsibilities:

Initiates inventory cycle counts and adjusts quantities accordingly, to ensure balance in stock is correct and that costs and other usage data are accurate.

Creates purchase requisitions to replenish stock items which are at or below designated minimum quantity levels.

Pull stock and issue stock from crib to fill BOM Job orders as directed by Purchasing.

Cross reference the BOM and the kitting cart to ensure that all items have been received and placed in job kit. Advise Purchasing of any items that are not received prior to Issue to Mold making date.

Notify supervisor of discrepancies in quantity and provide description of damaged items.

Pack items for return to vendor as needed.

Recommend modifications of minimum inventory stock levels for storeroom area.

Establish and maintain courteous, cooperative relations when interacting with other personnel.

Keep area locked and secure at all times.

Epicor experience is an asset. Perform other duties as required.
Job Qualifications:
- Knowledgeexperience in crib and inventory management (2+ years preferred).
- Knowledge of mold components.
- Forklift and crane experience (in house training provided).
- Experienced with flatbed loading preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, outlook and excel required, ERP, Epicor.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and organizational skills.
- Must be able to read, write and speak in English.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong commitment to health and safety.
