Sessional - Faculty - HEAL 1150, HEAL 1300
About the role
The successful candidate(s) may teach practice courses HEAL1150 and HEAL1300 within the HCA program and will organize activities related to HCA, including but not limited to attending meetings, clinical agency liaison, development of student clinical assignments and conducting evaluations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters required, Masters in progress may be considered
- We welcome applications from candidates with their BScN (or LPN with 5 years experience in Long Term Care, in a nurse/client relationship). The non-qualified language would apply if successful.
- Undergraduate degree must be in nursing;
- Practicing membership with BCCNM required;
- Teaching experience at the program level preferred; and/or
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Long Term Care, in a nurse/client relationship.
