Elevate the Guest Experience Engage with guests, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a memorable experience that builds loyalty and repeat business.
Master the Details Oversee daily operations including inventory management, ordering supplies, bar line checks, creation of different syrups and infusions , spec and quality control and ensuring compliance with company, all health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
Drive Creativity & Profit Master and lead perfect shifts. Collaborate on creating and updating innovative drink menus seasonally, planning promotional events, and analyzing sales data to optimize performance and profitability.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of management experience in an upscale restaurant setting,
strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. A passion for hospitality
and delivering memorable customer experiences is essential. You should be able to motivate staff,
manage operations efficiently, and solve problems proactively.
