Role Description

This is a remote position for a Nurse Practitioner. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and manage a variety of health conditions using a patient-centred, root-cause approach. You will collaborate with the Fitra Health team of healthcare practitioners, provide virtual consultations to clients, and offer guidance on treatment plans tailored to individual needs. As part of the team, you will also document clinical findings, coordinate care, and contribute to the overall patient experience at Fitra Health.

Qualifications

Assessment and diagnostic skills, including clinical decision-making and development of care plans Experience in managing ADHD (IMPORTANT), chronic conditions, hormonal health, and various wellness concerns, such as gut or skin health Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient consultations and team collaboration Proficiency with virtual healthcare platforms and technology-driven patient care Knowledge of naturopathic and root-cause-based health approaches is an asset Active Nurse Practitioner certification and registration with a relevant regulatory body Commitment to providing personalized and empathetic care to diverse populations Previous experience in telehealth is a plus
