Marketing manager - Maternity leave replacement

CGI - Payroll Service Center (PSC) offers all-in-one cloud solutions that simplify payroll and human capital management. We take pride in our privileged relationships with clients; their satisfaction rate is very high.
Every day, our members help thousands of clients process payroll for their employees across various industries. In this role, you will contribute to the success of local businesses within a dynamic team of over 700 professionals and more than 62,000 clients!

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and communication initiatives for payroll and HR products
- Create a comprehensive annual marketing plan
- Coordinate the annual marketing budget and track expenses with vendors
- Design and deploy various go-to-market strategies using a wide range of tactics and tools (360 marketing): videos, online campaigns, trade shows, audio, traditional print, e-blasts, etc.
- Identify growth and differentiation opportunities in the market
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize brand visibility, revenue growth, and customer retention
- Team management: supervise and mentor marketing team members to ensure smooth execution of each planned marketing initiative
- Digital marketing strategies (SEM, SEO, website, etc.)
- Coordinate the creation of marketing tools (visual and written content)
- Organize trade shows and participate in business development activities
- Manage relationships with industry professional associations and chambers of commerce
- Social media management
- Oversee agencies for the execution of online marketing campaigns, video production, and digital advertising spots
- Performance analysis: monitor and analyze content and campaign performance using analytics tools to assess key metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates, etc.
- SEO and search marketing: collaborate with teams to optimize content for search engines, conduct keyword research, and develop effective SEO strategies to enhance the company’s online visibility
- Lead the marketing team toward achieving set objectives while ensuring efficient resource and internal process management
- Marketing project management
Required qualifications to be successful in this role

University degree in business, digital marketing, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing

In-depth knowledge of core marketing principles, including strategy, campaign planning, project management, data analysis, and digital marketing

Project management skills: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and coordinate efforts across teams and stakeholders

Ability to plan, organize, and execute marketing projects effectively, within deadlines and budgets
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English. Ability to simplify complex messages and projects

Collaborative mindset and team spirit

Excellent analytical skills to interpret marketing data, evaluate campaign performance, and recommend strategic actions using analytics tools and key performance indicators (KPIs)
