NTT DATA's Client is currently seeking an Oracle Cloud PLM Techno-Functional Consultant to join their team in Ottawa, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA). We are seeking an experienced consultant with 10 years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a balanced combination of functional consulting knowledge and technical development capabilities, with proven experience in the Pharma, Healthcare, or Life Sciences industry. The consultant will lead requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, integration, data migration, testing, deployment, and support activities for Oracle Cloud PLM solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, regulatory teams, and IT organizations to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-quality PLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities Lead workshops and discussions to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical solution designs within Oracle Cloud PLM. Configure and implement Oracle Cloud PLM modules, focusing on Product Development (PD), Product Data Hub (PDH), and Change Management. Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize product lifecycle processes and data governance practices. Support solution validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and business sign-off activities. Ensure compliance with Pharma/Healthcare regulatory and quality requirements.

Technical Responsibilities

Configure, customize, and extend Oracle Cloud PLM functionalities based on business requirements. Design and implement Oracle Redwood UX capabilities and enhancements within Oracle Cloud applications. Develop technical solutions utilizing SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Oracle APEX, and BI Publisher Reports. Design and execute data migration strategies from legacy PLM systems to Oracle Cloud PLM. Support integrations between Oracle Cloud PLM and enterprise applications such as ERP, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.

Support & Delivery Responsibilities

Provide production and non-production environment support. Monitor application performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for system issues. Participate in release planning, deployment activities, and post-go-live support. Create and maintain solution documentation, design documents, configuration workbooks, and support procedures. Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance to project teams.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field. 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years of Oracle PLM implementation experience. 5 years of strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud PLM, Product Development (PD), and Product Data Hub (PDH). 3 years of experience implementing Oracle Redwood UX features. 5 years of strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, and Oracle APEX. 5 years of experience in end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle projects. 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in data migration from legacy PLM systems. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, or related regulated industries. Knowledge of product master data management, product commercialization, and regulatory compliance processes. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Exposure to Oracle SCM Cloud modules. Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and reporting solutions. Understanding of FDA, GxP, ISO 13485, GMP, MDR, or related compliance requirements. Oracle Cloud PLM certifications preferred.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for Canada-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $45/Hr - $50/Hr. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
