About the role

Position Overview

Lambert Nemec Group is supporting an organization in the recruitment of an Ecommerce Coordinator. This is a junior-level role and a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping projects, files, and timelines on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, track, and manage ecommerce and website projects, including tasks and tickets in tools like Asana.

  • Ensure requests and projects are clearly documented with deadlines, assets, and details.

  • Test website updates, promotions, and features before they go live, and report any issues clearly.

  • Organize, share, and track creative and marketing assets with internal teams, partners, and vendors.

  • Keep folders and files organized for easy access and ensure materials are delivered on time.

  • Support coordination of sales and wholesale collateral, including approvals, timelines, and communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Legally entitled to work in Canada and located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, ecommerce, or marketing support role (co-op or internships count).

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working with project management tools (Asana experience is an asset).

  • Strong communication skills and comfortable following up with team members.

  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems and tools.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Rewards

  • Salary range between $50,000 and $55,000
