Position Overview Reporting to the General Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of assigned contracts. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and deliverables are met. This role requires strong project management experience and proven leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities Review all tender documents (drawings, specifications, instructions)
Request required bonding, insurance, and documentation
Coordinate safety documentation with the Safety Coordinator
Evaluate project risks and provide actionable solutions
Develop and maintain project management and fabrication schedules
Align internal schedules with customer construction timelines
Monitor project plans, labor hours, and budget vs. actuals
Coordinate fabrication and field installation with shop and site teams
Ensure materials comply with specifications and design requirements
Manage and follow up on RFIs, shop drawings, and change orders
Attend stakeholder meetings and follow up on action items
Maintain ongoing communication with site supervisors and foremen
Plan jobsite deliveries and confirm site readiness
Resolve jobsite issues in collaboration with customers
Submit project close-out documentation (QA, certifications, warranties)
Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager
Qualifications & Requirements +3 years of proven project management experience in the rebar, structural steel, or construction industry
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is an asset
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
Budget & Scheduling management experience
