Well, we need you at Ethical Scene. The storekeeper is responsible for optimal management of purchases, from reception to shipping and through inventory management. He/she guarantees the availability of raw materials and finished products, while ensuring the reliability of stocks and the logistical performance of projects.

Your responsibilities:

1. Make purchases of consumable products;
2. Ensure the proper maintenance of the store (cleanliness, tidying up, location and safety).
3. Ensure the reliability of inventories and organize rotating and annual inventories.
4. Enter the data related to the merchandise in the computer system.
5. Manage kanban rounds and ensure the supply of stations.
6. Take charge of the process of receiving and shipping.
7. Preparation of purchase requisitions to optimize productivity.
8. Manage and maintain the calibration and calibration process with registers for the quality system.
9. Collaborate closely with production, purchasing, quality, and shipping.
10. Participate in the planning of production based on supplies.
11. Be the main interlocutor for carriers and logistics suppliers.
12. Perform any other related tasks that may be requested.

What does success look like:
In the first 6 months:

• You will be autonomous with the main IT systems (ERP, suppliers)

• You will have established a transportation logistics system and an efficient receiving/shipping strategy

• You will be able to understand and control inventory management and the taking of inventories.

• You will be able to collaborate, communicate and work in teams seamlessly with your colleagues.

In the first year:

• You will be able to identify cost-saving opportunities for the company in purchasing.

• You will be able to maintain the receiving and shipping processes efficiently and functionally for the team.

• You actively contribute to inventory optimization with the goal of increasing efficiency.

• You will communicate the issues listed by proposing solutions and changes within appropriate timeframes.

• You will be able to promote a corporate culture focused on continuous improvement.

You are the person we are looking for if:

• You have a vocational, secondary or college diploma.

• You have training or experience in production.

• You possess a sense of organization, autonomy, thoroughness, resourcefulness and versatility.

• Team spirit and collaboration are daily motivations to accomplish your work.
