About the role

Titre/Title : Analyste support TI / IT Support Analyst

Lieu/location : Montréal, centre-ville - Mode hybride doit être en présentiel 3 jours/semaine (60% du temps) avec obligation de présentiel les lundis ou vendredis / Downtown Montreal – Hybrid mode, must be onsite 3 days per week (60% of the time) with mandatory onsite presence on Mondays or Fridays.

Duree/Duration : Jusqu'au 15 novembre 2026 avec possibilité de renouvellement – 40 hours/week / Until November 15, 2026 with possibility of renewal – 40 hours/week

Le candidat doit posséder les qualifications suivantes :

Requis :

5 ans d'expérience d'expérience en Application Production Support (Client) Baccalauréat en informatique, en technologie de l'information ou équivalent. Expérience préalable (3 à 5 ans) dans un projet de support à la production, de préférence pour une banque Connaissances techniques : Linux Windows SQL middleware Doit démontrer une excellente maîtrise des processus ITIL et changements de migration d'infrastructure. Expérience démontrée en Incident Management (P1 / P2) Très bonne maîtrise des outils de billetteries type ServiceNow et autres Expérience avec outils de monitoring (Dynatrace, Geneos, Autosys, etc.) Connaissance de Power BI / production de KPI et rapports Scripting (Python / PowerShell / VBA) Expérience en support technique : monitoring, troubleshooting, déploiements Expérience en documentation (PIR, RCA, procédures)

The candidate must have the following qualifications:

Required:

5 years of experience in Application Production Support Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent Prior experience (3 to 5 years) in a production support project, preferably in a banking environment Bilingual in English and French

Technical skills:

Linux Windows SQL Middleware Must demonstrate excellent knowledge of ITIL processes and infrastructure migration/change management Proven experience in Incident Management (P1 / P2) Strong proficiency with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and others Experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Geneos, Autosys, etc.) Knowledge of Power BI / KPI and reporting production Scripting (Python / PowerShell / VBA) Technical support experience: monitoring, troubleshooting, deployments Documentation experience (PIR, RCA, procedures)
