You'll work at the heart of BBA's business development efforts, where technical expertise meets commercial strategy. You’ll turn our organizational priorities and unique strengths into clear, compelling sales stories tailored to each client’s reality. Your work will help our field teams and managers make their mark when it matters most.

With us, you’ll get the opportunity to...

  • Design and produce sales content that supports Operations teams in their business development activities, including client meetings, key accounts, proposals and market presentations
  • For strategic files, support client account managers, managers and senior leaders in preparing sales presentations—from defining key messages to shaping the deck—while applying the corporate brand narrative
  • Develop and maintain sales content libraries, including expert bios, project case studies, differentiating expertise messages and sector-specific content
  • Work with graphic designers to create and enhance templates and visuals that align with our brand identity
  • Coach teams during dry runs to improve presentations flow and strengthen presenter delivery
  • Actively help improve quality standards and sharing best practices across the firm
  • Help produce other strategic marketing content, as needed

Summary Of Certifications And Job Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience, with recognized expertise in client presentations, corporate communications and strategic marketing
  • Relevant marketing experience in the architecture, engineering or construction (AEC) sector or in professional services
  • Excellent visual presentation, strategic writing and content structuring skills
  • Highly autonomous, excellent judgment and the ability to manage many priorities at once
  • Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects
  • Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills (Microsoft 365)
  • Excellent knowledge of Canva
  • Effective use of artificial intelligence tools to support content structuring and productivity
