About the role
Bayswater Toronto is a private, ESL school located at North York Centre station. In addition to ESL classes, we offer professional certificate courses in customer experience management, international business management, digital marketing, and project management.
We are currently looking for a customer experience management guest speaker to present to international students between April 6 and May 1, 2026 with more sessions later in the year.
The guest speaker needs to be available to present during class time, which is 9:00 am to 12:15 pm Monday to Friday at our North York Centre location. We are looking for one or several guest presentations depending on availability.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver guest speaking lectures to customer experience management students in Bayswater’s professional certificate program.

Provide students with insight into customer experience management in Canada.

Answer student questions.
Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience
Essential
-
Degree or diploma in customer experience, marketing, or applicable field.

3+ years experience
