As the Procurement Specialist, you won’t just be filling a position; you’ll be the primary person managing the procurement of all indirect goods and services. You’ll enjoy negotiating prices and managing vendor relationships to drive cost savings and ensure smooth business operations.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Procurement: Oversee the entire procurement process for a variety of indirect goods and services, from sourcing suppliers and negotiating contracts to managing delivery and ensuring timely, cost-effective availability.

Vendor Management & Negotiation: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and pricing, and ensure suppliers meet performance standards related to cost, quality, and delivery.

Cost Control & Budget Management: Drive cost-saving initiatives, manage procurement budgets, and track spending to ensure alignment with financial goals and efficiency improvements.

Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage contracts for indirect goods and services, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and optimal terms.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with internal teams to understand their procurement needs and advise on best practices, ensuring smooth and effective purchasing across departments.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies and regulations while identifying and mitigating risks associated with suppliers and procurement processes.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed of market trends and industry innovations, continuously assessing and refining procurement processes to enhance performance and achieve cost savings.
