About the role
Job Description Summary: The Leasing Administrator provides administrative and operational support to ensure smooth leasing processes and exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for managing leasing documentation, coordinating with prospective residents, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with company policies and housing regulations. This is a full time, salary based role for a Purpose Built, 3 Phase Community.
What You’ll Get To Do Leasing & Customer Engagement
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospects.
- Schedule and confirm property tours, showcasing apartment homes and amenities.
- Assist applicants throughout the leasing process, including document collection, background checks, and lease preparation.
Administrative Support
- Accurately enter and maintain prospect and resident data in the property management system.
- Ensure timely processing of leasing paperwork and adherence to housing regulations.
- Support Leasing specialists
- Maintain organized records of leases, addendums, and compliance documents.
Customer Service
- Provide exceptional service to prospects, resolving inquiries and escalating issues when needed.
- Foster a positive community atmosphere through clear communication and professionalism.
Who You Are
- College or University Diploma preferred
- Experience in leasing, administrative support, or customer service
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with leasing software (e.g., Yardi, RentCafe, Property Vista) preferred; strong computer proficiency and willingness to learn are equally valued
