We are looking for a Material Distributor.

This position is currently open and reflects a Material Distributor due to a departure.

The Hourly Rate for this position starts at $22.75.

Responsibilities:

When your actions lead to success:

• Inspection of fork/clamp trucks prior to using fork/clamp truck and documenting findings in the electronic log.
• Receive raw materials (paper).
• Book into inventory system.
• Knowledge of information on docket to know quantities, version, delivery points, packaging, final shipping instructions.
• Deliver paper to presses.
• Remove printed signatures to proper machines or storage areas in safe manner.
• Deliver properly counted, inverted/upended sections to finishing equipment when called for operators.
• Move finished goods to shipping for proper packing, packaging and loading.
• Review actual counts to counts from weigh scale to ensure accuracy to docket order quantity.
• Communicate with operators/managers to ensure customer demands met.
• Provide senior shipper with leftover counts for inserts, mail, sections, books prior to disposal.
• Provide afterhours receiving of general goods and shipment of finished trailers.
• Provide services to all internal equipment.
• Responsible for safe and efficient operation of fork/clamp truck.
• Safe filling of propane tanks for fork/clamp trucks.
• Identify problems with shipments/order make-up.
• Accurately and efficiently loading product on skids onto trailers.
• Operating/Troubleshooting wrapper/strapper equipment.
