The Opportunity
To provide our guests with efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service while following all policies and procedures of SAIT.
This position will be well informed of menu items and ingredients, as well as, preparation methods. It is important to be familiar with the ingredients to ensure a quick response to guest questions, as well as, be better prepared to offer suggestions to accommodate allergies and preferences.
###The Role
- Cleaning of tables, counters, and overall maintaining a high level of safety and sanitation standards
- Greeting of guests and provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of menu items and preparation methods
- Processing transactions in Micros Point of Sale (P.O.S.)
- Perform basic math functions to collect payment and make change
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer
- Cross-trained in varies outlets and scheduled in 1 or more
- Complete end of day cashout reconciliation, ensuring accuracy of deposit
- Execute delivery of all food and beverage in an efficient and professional manner
- Packaging of prepared foods, labeling, and pricing
- Maintain a high level of safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor and order packaging supply inventory
- Assist with the opening and closing duties of the outlet
- Assume related duties as required

- High School Diploma
- 2 years of relevant experience

Hourly Rate: $17.10
**# of positions:**2
**Position End Date:**6-month contract commencing from the start date
