About The Role
In this role, you will work alongside experienced consultants and subject matter experts to support the delivery of asset management and reliability improvement projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Assist in the development, design, communication, and implementation of Asset Management strategies, business processes, KPIs, and systems. Apply Reliability Engineering principles and best practices to support client asset performance objectives. Contribute to the planning, execution, and review of maintenance and operational improvement initiatives. Participate in asset management assessments, audits, and debottlenecking studies. Support the development of Asset Management business cases and value propositions. Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers on client engagements and project activities. Provide consulting services to designated clients in line with skills and competencies. Deliver consulting services at client sites as required. Flexibility to travel to client locations is required
About You
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, mining, oil & gas, pulp & paper, or other asset-intensive industries. Experience or exposure to Asset Management, Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, Operations, or Continuous Improvement environments. Familiarity with maintenance planning, scheduling, operations, or maintenance processes is an asset. Knowledge of EAM, CMMS, or ERP systems is considered an asset. Exposure to defect elimination methodologies such as RCFA, FMEA/FMECA, or RCM is preferred. Basic understanding of Asset Management standards such as ISO 55000 or PAS 55 is an asset. Interest in developing asset maintenance strategies and reliability improvement programs. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Eagerness to learn, receive coaching, and develop consulting and technical expertise. Ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Salary range: $85,000 to $95,000
Salary is determined by factors such as qualifications, relevant years of experience, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
