About the role
🚀 We’re hiring: Sales Coordinator (Entry-Level) Salary - $50,000.00 per year
We’re looking for someone early in their career who wants real exposure to sales, retail, and product launches — not just a typical admin role. At Shandex, you’ll support our team working on accounts with major Canadian retailers (e.g., Loblaws and Walmart), helping bring new products to market and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is a strong starting point for anyone looking to grow into Account Management or Sales.
💼 What you’ll do: Support product launches with national retailers Coordinate pricing updates, forms, and product setup Assist with customer communication and account coordination Track sales performance and build simple reports Help manage product samples and promotions
🌱 What you’ll gain: Hands-on exposure to retail and CPG operations Real experience supporting sales and account teams A clear path toward Account Manager roles

We offer our foreign supplier partners the ability to ship full truckloads to our distribution center, rather than shipping less than truckload (LTL) orders to their Canadian retailers. Shandex provides flexible inventory management solutions from full inventory control services to facilitating vendor driven CRP/VMI programs. We also provide warehousing and logistics for the pharmaceutical and retail industries. Shandex handles its own products and third party products as well.
