Aviso Insurance Inc. is seeking a Coordinator to join our fast-growing organization.

The successful candidate will work out of our Aviso Insurance office located in Rosetown, SK. This is a permanent full-time position.

The successful candidate is a motivated self-starter who demonstrates a high level of professionalism and a strong desire to build and expand a successful financial practice. The ideal individual will possess a strong work ethic, a positive client-first mindset, and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional and empowering client experience.

In this role, you will report directly to the VP, Wealth and provide key administrative and client service support.

We are seeking a team-oriented individual who thrives in a relationship-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to advisors

• Schedule and coordinate client appointments and maintain organized client records

• Assist with client file setup and ensure all documentation is properly maintained

• Support the team by managing appointments and coordinating meeting logistics

• Greet clients professionally and provide a welcoming environment during visits

• Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and accurate responses

• Follow up on referrals and maintain communication with clients

• Provide general information and assistance to clients and members of the public

Qualifications:

• High school diploma: post-secondary education in Office Administration is an asset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, telephone and organizational skills

• Previous education or experience in the financial services industry will be considered a strong asset

Flexible and/or extended work hours may be required. Travel may be required.
