Description
Lead daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and a welcoming guest experience Coach, mentor, and inspire the service team to deliver consistent, elevated hospitality Maintain a strong floor presence during service, supporting the team and ensuring guest satisfaction Oversee scheduling, training, performance management, and ongoing team development Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure seamless execution between food, beverage, and service operations Support inventory management, cost controls, and operational processes to maximize profitability Develop strong relationships with guests and the local community Handle guest feedback and service challenges with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach Champion a positive, accountable, and collaborative workplace culture
Requirements
Proven experience leading front-of-house operations in an upscale restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment Strong knowledge of wine, with WSET certification or equivalent experience preferred Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing hospitality teams Exceptional communication skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence Calm, resilient, and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong business acumen with experience managing labour, service standards, and operational performance Genuine interest in the Collingwood lifestyle, including outdoor recreation and community involvement A long-term commitment to building roots within the Collingwood community
Corporate Culture
