Reporting to the Vice President, Digital Health and Chief Information Officer and supporting the Digital Leadership Team, we are seeking a full-time, temporary (18 months) Executive Assistant (EA) who will provide senior confidential executive-level administrative and clerical support to the Vice President, Digital Health. The position requires a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.

An integral part of this job is liaising effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and being comfortable working with people and systems within and outside of CAMH such as health care or educational institutions, government departments and others. The successful candidate will represent the office of the VP, Digital Health and Chief Information Officer and will be responsible for: composing correspondences, reports, policies and presentations; compiling submissions; coordinating committee meetings including compiling and preparing meeting materials and drafting meeting minutes; support for special projects as required; and the VP’s schedule. The EA will operate as part of the larger team of Executive Leadership Team (ELT) Assistants working closely to ensure coordination of support for special projects and to various committees of the Board of Trustees and the ELT.

Job Requirements The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree or a Community College diploma/certificate in a related field, along with a minimum of five years of senior administrative support or equivalent experience. This includes advanced knowledge of office administration practices, corporate protocol, and IM/IT processes. Additionally, experience working within organizations that address mental health and/or addictions is required.

The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, exhibit strong written communication and oral presentation skills, and have proficiency in minute-taking. Advanced expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other software applications is essential, along with excellent organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. Bilingualism (French/English) will be considered an asset.
