About the Role:

GeologicAI, a high-growth, globally operating technology company focused on industrial innovation, is seeking a Vice President, Projects to lead its project delivery function. This senior leadership role is central to driving high-impact, data-driven client initiatives across mining, energy, and related sectors.

The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, project management excellence, and client-focused leadership. You will manage a globally distributed team, oversee end-to-end project delivery, from planning through execution, and collaborate closely with business development, technical, and product teams to ensure superior client outcomes

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the successful delivery of client core scanning projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and value.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.
• Drive proactive planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment across projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to scope new engagements, allocate resources, and ensure delivery readiness.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data acquisition, processing and product delivery
• Establish and improve SOPs, tools, and documentation to support project and contract management best practices.
• Coach and develop a team of high-performing project managers across multiple geographies.
• Champion continuous improvement in project management, delivery quality and client value.
• Act as a customer advocate, translating feedback into internal enhancements.
• Ensure high standards in data collection and project execution, leveraging internal technologies and processes

What You Bring

• Degree in Engineering, Geoscience, Business, or related discipline. 15+ years of experience leading complex projects in technology, energy, mining, or industrial environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams in dynamic, high-growth settings.
• Expertise in project management frameworks, tools, and KPIs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
• Hands-on, collaborative approach with attention to detail and execution excellence.
• MBA, PMP or related certifications are an asset.
