The Role: We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and robust software systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python and Go.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience in the healthcare technology domain.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
