About the role

A WORD ABOUT US

We come from many different places, but what unites us is our passion. At Moment Factory, each new project is a blank page awaiting the creativity and talent of our whole team, no matter the individual responsibilities, roles, or fields. Our desire to innovate, to take risks, and to learn from our mistakes and from each other is what allows us to create collective projects that go above and beyond. Today, thanks to a team of 450 creative minds, we have been able to create immersive multimedia environments for artists, museums, airports, brands, theme parks and events, as well as our signature shows. No matter the canvas – be it film, lighting, multimedia architecture, sound design, special effects, or interactive projects – the thirst for experimentation and innovation is at the core of our DNA.

YOUR TEAM

You'll be joining the Production Management team within the Center of Expertise, a department with over 200 multidisciplinary experts. The Production Management team, composed of Production Coordinators and Content Project Managers, brings the many ideas imagined in our concepts to life by ensuring the smooth flow of Moment Factory's visual productions, both creatively and technically.

This position is dedicated to the projects of the Music team, which rethinks the concert or artist experience through multimedia. It's an opportunity to collaborate with major internationally renowned artists in a dynamic and constantly evolving field.

With a global overview of all production activities, you will bridge the gap between project leadership, internal technical experts and artists, and external collaborators, to ensure the smooth progress of the different stages of the production schedule. You will work closely with content project managers and the technical team to implement the established production strategy.

Additionally, you will handle the administrative follow-up of projects from conception to operation, including logistics, documentation, budget tracking, writing and updating various documents, communication, and liaison between all stakeholders, etc.
