We are recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Maternity Coverage)
Position Summary
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Union Tractor's growth by coordinating marketing initiatives, strengthening brand awareness, and providing operational support to the sales organization. This position is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, maintaining digital and print marketing materials, coordinating events and promotional activities, and ensuring brand consistency across all communications.
In addition to marketing responsibilities, the role provides analytical and administrative support to the sales team by preparing quotations, maintaining CRM data, and producing accurate weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards for senior management. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator works closely with sales leadership and management to provide meaningful insights into sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities while supporting continuous improvement across the organization.

About Union Tractor Ltd.
Union Tractor Ltd. was incorporated in 1927 and has been active in Western Canada since that time. From seven locations in Alberta and British Columbia, the company provides quality replacement parts and service for a wide range of heavy construction, mining and transportation equipment. Our customers represent industries from a cross section of the local economy including petroleum exploration and production, forestry, road building, mining, farming, waste management, and highway transportation.
We are currently building a new 100,000 sq. ft. facility in Nisku, Alberta that will be the home of our central parts distribution for Canada, our Edmonton service/repair center and Corporate Head Office. Completion is scheduled for July 2015.
