About The Role
This position is part of the Global Functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, GTS, Communication and Marketing) Center of Excellence (CoE) organization at BRP. The successful candidate will serve as a Business Analyst supporting various application portfolios within the organization. The role involves providing support, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring successful project delivery to maximize the value of BRP’s investments in both new and existing solutions. The analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating collaboration, gathering and analyzing requirements, and ensuring solutions meet business needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in strategic initiatives that contribute to BRP’s growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, and eager to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role with full lifecycle application implementation Deep understanding of Procurement processes, especially Global Sourcing Extensive knowledge of procurement and customs activities Experience working with third-party integration applications Understanding of security, compliance, and GDPR regulations (asset) Knowledge of IS&T operational processes (asset) Business process design skills within a manufacturing industry (asset) Proficiency in English and French (written and oral) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Knowledge of Ariba, SAP GTS, and management systems (asset)
Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, and document business objectives, requirements, solutions, and transition plans Manage requirements by prioritizing, categorizing, maintaining, and tracing until project completion Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams regarding scope and key features Facilitate collaboration through workshops, meetings, and information sharing Contribute to program and project planning activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals Review and understand existing and target solution architectures and business processes Ensure solutions satisfy business requirements and key features, addressing any gaps Support the development of testing strategies, including UAT scenarios, and assist during execution Document and support change management strategies, planning, and risk assessments Assist in business handover and post-implementation operational support Document PMO processes related to procurement applications management
