Job Description: Job Summary This position delivers and picks up packages to and from residential and/or commercial properties. The role involves working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment that includes driving, lifting, lowering, and carrying packages. The successful candidate practices safe transportation methods and provides excellent customer service through efficiency and dedication. Responsibilities: Learn and properly execute UPS safe driving methods Deliver and pick up packages in a safe and timely manner Provide outstanding customer service to residential and commercial customers Maintain a professional appearance and represent UPS positively Follow all company safety and operational procedures Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. / 32 kgs Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent driving ability and safe driving record Must meet local age and operational requirements to operate a delivery vehicle Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment Availability to work Monday to Friday, starting approximately at 8:30 AM Daily hours may vary between 8 to 12 hours, depending on volume Valid Class 5 driver’s license Clean driver’s abstract Ability to pass a road test and background check UPS is a diverse and equal opportunity employer.
