  • Collaborate with internal partners (Finance, Claims, Accounting, Underwriting) to gather information and resolve straightforward data questions, building strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Support post‑renewal activities, such as updating documentation, refreshing datasets, and organizing files for audit readiness.
  • Support treaty analysis under guidance, expected to learn quickly and develop finance and reinsurance knowledge at a strong pace, demonstrating the ability to grasp concepts and apply them effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality or streamline tasks.
  • Prepare clear summaries, reports, and simple visualizations for stakeholders using Excel, Qlik, and other tools.
  • Work efficiently with Excel, using formulas, pivot tables, and macros, and continue building proficiency with support from the team.
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative, high‑performing team environment.
  • Operate as part of a high‑performing team, benefiting from exposure to large corporate resources, expertise, and growth opportunities.
  • Build effective working relationships while demonstrating ownership and accountability.

What you’ll bring

  • A university degree in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, or another related quantitative discipline is preferred.
  • Strong work ethic, with a clear understanding of the complexity and urgency associated with assigned responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Strong analytical and numerical capabilities.
  • Sound judgment, with well‑developed critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
  • Experience in insurance is a plus, reinsurance experience is highly desirable, especially exposure to complex and time‑sensitive environments.
