Role Description The Front Desk Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Squamish, BC. This position is responsible for greeting guests and visitors, answering inquiries, and managing check-in and check-out processes to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience. Day-to-day tasks include handling phone calls, responding to emails, managing reservations, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve guest requests and issues. The role also involves maintaining organized front desk records, processing payments, and following company procedures for security and safety. The Front Desk Agent works closely with operations and administration to support efficient, professional front-of-house service. Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with guests, team members, and partners. Proficient phone etiquette and experience with receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, directing calls, and managing front desk inquiries. Experience handling reservations and basic administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Comfort working with common office software and reservation or booking systems. Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer-facing roles is an asset. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in hospitality or office administration is an advantage. Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to delivering respectful, inclusive, and service-oriented support to all guests and colleagues.
