Marketing Partner - VIE Contract

Location: Canada, Toronto Target start date: 01/01/2027 iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship. PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide. As Marketing Partner VIE within Vaccines Franchise, you will support the execution of marketing strategies and commercial initiatives across adult and pediatric franchises. Working closely with senior marketers, you will play an active role in driving brand performance while gaining hands-on international experience in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment. Main responsibilities

Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Conduct market intelligence and competitive landscape analysis to inform strategic decisions. Coordinate content creation and review processes in alignment with brand guidelines and compliance requirements. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign metrics, and market trends. Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, Sales, and Digital teams Contribute to brand planning cycles, including situation analysis and tactical planning. Support the preparation of internal presentations, business reviews, and stakeholder communications.

About you

Experience: Previous experience in marketing and project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical and vaccine industry.

Soft and technical skills

Proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work cross-functionally. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel). Familiarity with digital marketing tools is an asset.

Education

Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
