About The Role: The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Support Manager to join our Security Division. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to play a key role in overseeing operational excellence across our retail security contracts.
Working from home with access to our Glasgow and Edinburgh offices, you will take ownership of quality performance, client satisfaction, and team leadership — ensuring that every aspect of our service delivery meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operational management and quality performance of the retail security contract.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure full compliance with contract specifications and company standards.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and a proactive approach to service delivery.
- Implement robust quality control measures to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring performance within financial parameters.
- Lead, coach, and support a team of security officers and mobile officers across multiple sites.
- Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and accountability throughout your team.
- Respond promptly and effectively to client and company requests, maintaining flexibility to meet business needs.
About You
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) licence (essential).
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Proven experience in delivering security services across a large and complex client portfolio.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and motivate teams.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Sound operational management experience within a service delivery environment.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage challenges effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and best practice.
- Professional integrity, discretion, and resilience under pressure.
- Willingness to travel between sites as required.
