About the role

A fast-growing, globally backed beauty and cosmetics business is expanding its footprint across Canada and is seeking an Account Executive – National Accounts to support this growth. With a strong presence in fragrance, skincare, and cosmetics, the organization is rapidly building partnerships across major retail and pharmacy channels. This is a highly entrepreneurial role, ideal for a commercially driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited by the opportunity to build, scale, and shape national retail partnerships. Toronto-based | Remote (80%) + Travel (20%)

Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000

Description National Account Management Manage and grow key national retail accounts across Canada, including major pharmacy and mass retail partners Own the full account lifecycle: from onboarding and contracts through to execution and growth Business Development & Program Building Identify and secure new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts Build and execute account-specific programs to drive sell-through and brand visibility Retail Execution & Merchandising Partner with buyers to negotiate listings, promotions, and merchandising plans Support planogram development and in-store execution to maximize performance Market Intelligence & Field Engagement Conduct store visits and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights Maintain strong relationships with retail partners through regular communication and in-person engagement Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with internal teams to align on strategy, inventory, and marketing initiatives Develop presentations and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams Monitor KPIs and adapt strategies to meet evolving business needs

Requirements 3+ years of experience in account management or sales within beauty, cosmetics, or CPG Proven experience working with major Canadian retailers (e.g., pharmacy, mass, or grocery channels) Background in skincare, cosmetics, or fragrance strongly preferred Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills Highly adaptable with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment Self-starter who can operate independently with minimal supervision Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
