Our Client is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Architect/Implementer to assist with a Network Evergreen project.
The role will be a hybrid position with a 2 day/week on site requirement. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply and work within Canada at all times.

2-year post-secondary diploma or a 4-year post-secondary degree in IT or Computing Science related field.

7 - 10 years of related experience in IT infrastructure.

Skills and experience as a solution/system architect, working on or supporting infrastructure projects, familiarity with similar Subject Matter Expert support.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to understand and communicate key concepts.

Understanding of IT business continuity, security, and other risk assessment and optimization methodologies.

Expert knowledge in Cisco network equipment, including Cisco ISE (identity Services Engine) – Design and implementation

WAN design and implementation, including high availability and site reliability.

Documentation of architecture and configuration.

Network security design and implementation
-
BGP and other routing protocols
-
Wireless networks.
Nice To Have Skills
-
Knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls would be an asset.
