Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of operational systems to support company objectives.
- Partner with senior executives, department heads, vendors, and external stakeholders to advance strategic initiatives.
- Analyze and interpret key performance metrics to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Drive enterprise-wide process improvements that maximize output and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and all applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with HR to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture that attracts and retains top talent.
- Partner with Sales leadership to support business development and growth opportunities.
- Guide the development of performance goals, KPIs, and long-term operational strategies.
- Contribute to financial and budget planning, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Continuously evaluate current processes and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, with at least 5 years at a senior management or director level.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale operational initiatives and delivering measurable results.
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with financial planning, budget oversight, and resource management.
- Demonstrated success in driving organizational growth, scalability, and operational transformation.
