Description Join the Armour Team Today! Position Overview: We are seeking an accomplished Director of Operations to provide strategic leadership and operational excellence across our organization. This pivotal role is responsible for driving performance, strengthening processes, and aligning day-to-day operations with long-term business goals. The Director of Operations will work closely with senior leadership, department heads, and external partners to ensure operational efficiency, scalability, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of operational systems to support company objectives.
  • Partner with senior executives, department heads, vendors, and external stakeholders to advance strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze and interpret key performance metrics to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Drive enterprise-wide process improvements that maximize output and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and all applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture that attracts and retains top talent.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to support business development and growth opportunities.
  • Guide the development of performance goals, KPIs, and long-term operational strategies.
  • Contribute to financial and budget planning, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Continuously evaluate current processes and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, with at least 5 years at a senior management or director level.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale operational initiatives and delivering measurable results.
  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with financial planning, budget oversight, and resource management.
  • Demonstrated success in driving organizational growth, scalability, and operational transformation.
