Quality Supervisor

We are looking for a new Quality Supervisor to join our team at our Oakbank facility in Manitoba! You will be responsible for maintaining the quality system and supporting the integration of new tools for all factories in the province. You will also ensure the supervision of the quality coordinators in Manitoba.

JOB SUMMARY

Tracks sampling reports and ensures compliance with environmental regulations across Manitoba sites, including Hadashville and Deer Lake. Collaborates closely with site quality teams to ensure compliance with Berger's quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate closely with site Operation team to ensure compliance with Berger operation standards and support and verify all production and quality reports for each product. Conducts regular visits to manufacturing facilities and harvesting sites to perform quality and environmental audits. Supports quality management activities, including audits, non-conformance follow-up, procedure implementation, and quality system improvements. Participates in committees related to health and safety, complaints, standardization, and continuous improvement, as required. Manage and participate in various committees with the local operation team. Supervises, coaches, and develops team members while fostering engagement and a positive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

You hold a diploma in sciences and/or have a concrete experience in an equivalent position, or any other relevant field; You have good computer skills (Windows environment, Microsoft Office); Strong communication skills. You are available to travel to Quebec and occasionally to other Canadian and American sites if needed; If you speak French, that is an asset (not mandatory)!

WORKING CONDITIONS

40 hours per week; Permanent position.
