Job Locations: The position requires travel to various locations in the Edmonton region (AB). The employer provides transportation when the job site is outside of the City of Edmonton.
Wage: $41.58- $46/ hour (based on experience; salary increases as per Company policy); performance bonus per company policy.
Employment terms and conditions: Permanent, Full-Time, 40 to 60 hours/week (weather-dependent), Morning, Day, Weekend, Overtime

Job requirements:
Language: English
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
Ability to Supervise: 4-20 people
Work Setting: Sewers and water mains
Construction specialization: Pipelines, Underground Construction, Water mains, Industrial/commercial/institutional (ICI) construction
Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Underground, Confined spaces, Dangerous, Dusty
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Manual dexterity, Work under pressure, Handling heavy loads (Up to 23 kg (50 lbs))
Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, Flexibility, Reliability, Team player, Dependability, Judgement
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Security and safety: Must comply with the company’s drug and alcohol testing requirements
Duties:

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of underground crews and operators

Train and mentor employees

Know, understand, and ensure compliance with safety regulations

Know and follow the company’s rules, policies, and procedures

May perform the duties of those supervised
