Role Description The Site Contract Manager / Gestionnaire de contrat de site bilingue is responsible for overseeing contract execution and compliance at a designated site in Montreal, QC. This contract role is on-site and involves managing contract terms, monitoring deliverables, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure obligations are met. The role includes reviewing and interpreting contract documents, tracking milestones, resolving issues, and preparing reports on performance and risks. The Site Contract Manager works closely with operations, legal, and finance teams, maintaining accurate records and supporting negotiations or amendments when needed. Bilingual communication in English and French is essential for effective collaboration with partners, suppliers, and clients. Qualifications 10 years experience in contract management, including reviewing terms, monitoring compliance, and managing contract lifecycle. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across operations, legal, finance, and external partners. Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken, with the ability to draft and interpret contractual documentation in both languages. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, including risk assessment, issue resolution, and reporting on key contract metrics. Familiarity with supply chain or logistics environments and an understanding of site operations and service-level expectations. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously. Comfort working on-site in Montreal, QC, with adaptability to evolving business needs and project timelines. Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Law preferred
