Our CORPORATE HEAD OFFICE has an exciting opportunity for an INVENTORY COORDINATOR to join our team!

What You Will Do:

This role is responsible for using sales data and targets to order inventory, analyze inventory demand, and execute plans that support sales, profitability, and customer service within FGI's supply chain. You will work with your team members to deliver a high-quality customer experience that exceeds customer expectations through the following tasks:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify inventory requirements for each branch, as well as supporting the sales teams at all stages of the sales process, customer support and service and assist in developing inventory forecasts and strategies.
  • Manage FGI’s Trailer Inventory in ERP and Salesforce platforms.
  • Issue Purchase Orders as required based on Customer orders and stock requirements.
  • Plan and forecast trailer sales and inventory requirements for each branch location
  • Champion and support the administrative functions in the Salesforce platform with the team
  • Create detailed reports/dashboards to present findings to sales teams and management, helping them make data-driven decisions
  • Analyze sales trend data to manage demand and generate reports to support projections.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on advertising campaigns, social media content, and trailer ads across FGI sales platforms
  • Monitor progress of the Delivery Schedule and communicate with the Sales Team
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure inventory requirements are identified and develop an action plan for obsolete or overstock products.
  • Other duties as assigned

What We Require:

  • Post secondary education in demand planning, marketing, data analysis, or supply chain management combined with 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in computer systems, standard office software (Excel) and CRM software (Salesforce) is required
  • Experience in equipment or trailer sales, aftermarket parts or heavy-duty parts is preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, with a commitment to safety excellence
