What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to residential property management
- Build and maintain strong vendor and contractor relationships
- Negotiate contracts to secure optimal terms and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with maintenance and operational teams to meet procurement needs efficiently
- Oversee and develop a procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Drive cost savings, process improvements, and quality standards across the organization
Who You Are:
- Proven experience in procurement within residential property management
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and contract skills
- Leadership experience or potential to manage a procurement team in the future
- Results-driven, with a focus on value, efficiency, and service quality
- Excellent communicator with keen problem-solving abilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in residential property management
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts effectively
- Prior leadership or team management experience is preferred
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, compliance standards, and relevant regulations
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in procurement/software systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
