This role sits at the core of a fast-paced sales operations environment, ensuring that inbound proposal requests are managed efficiently, accurately, and on time. You will coordinate cross-functional input across sales, legal, finance, and subject matter experts to support high-quality responses to complex RFx processes. The position requires strong organization and the ability to manage multiple parallel workflows without losing momentum or detail. You will act as a central operational hub, ensuring stakeholders stay aligned, informed, and unblocked throughout the proposal lifecycle. Accountabilities: In this role, you will manage end-to-end proposal operations, ensuring RFx requests are properly triaged, coordinated, and delivered with accuracy and speed. Serve as the primary intake and coordination point for RFx requests including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and security questionnaires Assess incoming requests against qualification criteria, deadlines, and resource requirements, and route them appropriately Coordinate contributions from sales, legal, finance, and subject matter experts to ensure timely completion of proposals Draft, edit, and assemble proposal content while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with requirements Manage version control, approvals, and submission workflows through to final delivery Support and guide RFx contributors and contractors, helping resolve blockers and maintain quality standards Maintain and update content libraries and proposal repositories following internal documentation processes Track progress across multiple concurrent opportunities and proactively escalate risks or delays Requirements: The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing cross-functional workflows in fast-paced environments.
