About the role

NSF is seeking to add a Coordinator II to its growing team. In the role, you will provide administrative and data reporting support to the NSF North America Training Business unit. This position is responsible for responding to routine customer questions, ensures customers are responding within designated timelines and maintenance of data.

  • Responsibilities: Collaborate with Operations, Programming and Instructional Design teams to drive sales and successfully deliver training projects throughout North America, including the generation, distribution and collection of training client proposals.
  • Work and communicate directly with clients, independent contractors, internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality training programs.
  • Implement customer retention activities for the Food Division Training Business in North America based on strategic plan to support growth of the training business in North America.
  • Drive and reach service KPIs and turnaround times as outlined by the department.
  • Generate accurate and timely reports on a regular basis using various data sources and reporting tools.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and identify process gaps, duplications and required updates, and identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement.
  • Maintain documentation and record-keeping in compliance with corporate, accreditation (through the Learner Management System) and client requirements.
  • Coordinate all logistical elements of upcoming courses – confirm trainers, update LMS, register courses on 3rd party sites, arrange for course materials, collaborate with ID, set up virtual classrooms, moderate classes as needed.
  • Monitor registration numbers to ensure classes meet minimum requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the Training Delivery team as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries quickly and effectively, monitoring and responding to client satisfaction surveys and supporting continuous improvement efforts to drive efficiency.

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative or customer service experience
  • Prior experience handling scheduling and logistics work
  • Ability to follow through on all assignments, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience with reporting tools and data analysis
  • Effective oral communication
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and be a positive contributor to team environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in business coordination and delivery.

  • Experience working in a training, business-to-business environment.

  • Knowledge of LMS (Learner Management Systems), and/or digital and technical environments.

  • Knowledge in Cvent & LearnUpon is an asset.

  • Experience leading or moderating webinars on an online platform

  • Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful reports and dashboards
