Investia , our subsidiary specializing in financial services, is currently seeking a Transfers and Deposits Technician to join its Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing transfers between dealers and will actively contribute to the efficiency of our operations, working closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Accomplish With Us As a Transfers and Deposits Technician, you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the complete management of incoming and outgoing transfers (contributions, locking-in agreements, powers of attorney, deposits, etc.)
- Processing deposits related to bank transfers, group RRSPs, and more.
- Supporting the dealer’s administrative tasks: follow-ups with fund companies, reconciliation and correction of deposits, administration of RRSP loans, etc.
- Analyzing and processing fee reimbursements.
- Analyzing and processing mutual fund distribution changes.
- Communicating with other departments, the sales force, and advisors.
- Ensuring the proper functioning of automated processes (robots and programs).
What Could Accelerate Your Success In This Role We’re looking for someone who:
- Is recognized for their team spirit, customer service orientation, autonomy, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Demonstrates strong ease with computer tools, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to work with various systems and applications.
- Has relevant education and experience, holding a diploma in administration, financial services, or any other related field (an asset).
- Stands out for advanced French and English language skills, both spoken and written, due to frequent interactions with English and French speaking colleagues and clients across Canada.
