Your Team, Your Impact Validation Engineers are involved in initial lab silicon bring-up to field deployment, measuring transmitter and receiver performance of Marvell’s high speed mixed signal DSP chips, testing digital and analog features, assembling test stations, running & editing automation tools in Python. In collaboration with our engineering team, you will integrate, test and develop mission critical code to control, monitor and test our chips. The candidate will be mentored by senior validation engineers, assisting with data collection, and presenting the results of their work. What You Can Expect
- Measuring transmitter and receiver performance
- Testing digital and analog features of the product
- Assembling test stations
- Running & editing automation tools in Python
- Collaborate with Software team to integrate, test and develop mission critical code to control, monitor, and test Silicon.
- Assist Validation Engineers with data collection, and presenting the results of their work
Requirements What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a BS/MS degree in CS/EE or related technical field(s)
- Excellent Design and Development experience, with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Programming Skills in Python, with good problem-solving skills.
- Understanding the HW and SW fundamentals, digital communication and Digital Signal Processing.
- Available for an 8 - 12 month term
- Full time on-site availability in Kanata, Ontario
Preferred Requirements
- 2+ years of related course work
- Experience with automation
