Who are you?
You are an experienced Associate Director who has experience in the Project Management Corporate Occupier sector looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment.
Job Description
As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for:

Being part of Turner & Townsend’s corporate occupier fit out team
-
Leading Project Management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
-
Providing support on major Project Management commissions, taking responsibility for service delivery
-
Establishing the overall success criteria for the project, including resourcing, time, cost, technical and performance parameters
-
Leading on compliance for quality, safety, health and environment issues on project commissions
-
Leading on establishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project
-
Leading on Project planning, supporting the development of the detailed project plan
-
Leading on advising upon the procurement of resources
-
Leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team
-
Leading on the monitoring and applying performance management techniques
-
Leading and advising upon project finances
-
Leading and advising on Contract Administration processes, claims resolution and disputes
-
Directing the flow of project information between the project team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
-
Preparing and/or reviewing formal project progress and other reports
-
Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
-
Leading on bids, responsible for business development and running a small team
Qualifications
-A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experiencein real estate or construction projects of increasing complexity.

Experience delivering corporate occupier projects, retail, industrial, mixed-use or related real property capital projects
-
Confident and able to lead projects in own right but, when necessary, to work as part of a senior delivery team
-
Strong interpersonal skills to train and develop teams
-
Robust and methodical analytical skills, adaptable, with experience leading effective teams
-
Experienced in preparing, defining and leading on bid proposals, and work closely alongside other Directors and other Senior Leadership in the business.

Professional degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management or a related field
-
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is highly desirable

The base salary range for this full-time role is***$125,000.00 - $175,000.00***per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
