About the Role As a Bilingual Patient Support Representative, you'll serve as the first point of contact for patients, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals. You'll assist with medical orders, patient support, logistics, documentation, and issue resolution while providing compassionate, professional service.
This position requires excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to manage confidential information with accuracy and care. What You'll Do Support patients, clinics, and healthcare professionals via phone, email, fax, and online channels Process patient and clinic orders accurately Maintain patient records and complete data entry Coordinate medical deliveries, returns, and equipment recovery Resolve shipment issues, credits, and urgent order requests Escalate complex cases when appropriate Follow healthcare procedures and documentation standards Participate in training sessions and team meetings Meet quality, productivity, and service metrics What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications Fluent in Canadian French and English (C2 level) Must currently reside and be legally authorized to work in Canada High school diploma or equivalent 4-6 years of experience in customer service, contact centers, supply chain, logistics, or related roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Strong technical troubleshooting and independent problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related field Experience supporting healthcare, medical logistics, patient services, home health, pharmacy, billing, or clinical operations Previous remote work experience ScheduleProduction Monday to Friday Operating hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time 20-30 hours per week baseline Up to 40 hours per week when business needs require Split shifts throughout the day (not a continuous 8-hour shift) Paid Training 5-6 weeks Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time Training is fully paid Start date: Mid-August Technical Requirements Applicants must have: Reliable wired broadband internet connection Computer no more than 5 years old Minimum 16 GB RAM One of the following processors: Intel Core i5 (10th Generation or newer) AMD Ryzen 5 4000 Series or newer Apple Silicon M1, M2, M3, M4 or newer Windows 11 or macOS 26 Wired USB headset Compensation & Benefits Training: $17 USD/hour (approximately $23 CAD/hour) After Training: $19 USD/hour (approximately $26 CAD/hour) Monthly payments in USD Freelance (Independent Contractor) cooperation agreement Fully remote work Long-term project opportunity Career growth and development opportunities Gamification program with opportunities to earn additional rewards and paid holidays Ready to Apply?
