What you will do with us
As a Project Coordinator, based in Montreal , you will oversee the day-to-day projects assigned to you, providing advice and guidance as needed.
How you will thrive with us

You will manage customer orders using the Direct project management system.

You will monitor the various stages of project management; drawings, approvals, deliveries, invoicing.

You will ensure coordination and interface between our suppliers, the sales team, management and our customers.

You will ensure that you are on the lookout for any situation that could hinder customer satisfaction and be proactive in managing and resolving problems.

You will be a brand ambassador, building brand awareness while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences. You will constantly ensure that our brand image is reflected.
Who are you ?
- You have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of related experience.
- You are organized and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You are able to maintain positive business relationships with suppliers and customers and resolve any issues that may arise.
- You are able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting time constraints.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Technical knowledge of electrical products is an undeniable asset.
- Bilingualism (French and English) required.
