DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by providing a consultative and personalized sales approach that meets their unique needs.
- Guide clients through the entire vehicle sales process, including product presentations, demonstrations, trade-ins, financing options, and a smooth, personalized vehicle delivery experience.
- Meet and exceed sales and profitability targets for vehicles, products, and services while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Handle client questions, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and care, ensuring all issues are resolved effectively and exceeding client expectations.
- Develop new business opportunities and actively follow up on leads from walk-ins, referrals, online inquiries, and other dealership sources to grow the customer base.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and documentation for all client interactions, sales activity, and follow-ups to support a seamless sales process.
- Stay informed on Volkswagen products, services, competitive vehicles, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations and advice to clients.
- Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and dealership initiatives to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and overall dealership success.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Valid Class G Ontario Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Valid OMVIC License
- Process oriented
- Previous Automotive Sales experience is an asset
- Ambitious and driven to learn and grow your professional skillset
- Possess a can-do attitude and ability to adapt to a changing work environment
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in a lucrative career
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Resourceful, well organized, dependable and detail oriented
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Well versed in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
