  • Lead financial forecasting and the annual budgeting process in collaboration with management teams;
  • Optimize treasury management, cash flow, and relationships with financial institutions;
  • Oversee the annual audit and ensure effective collaboration with external auditors;
  • Actively participate in the implementation, improvement, and integration of financial and operational systems;
  • Strengthen internal controls and contribute to the evolution of financial processes;

  • Relevant experience in a public accounting firm, considered a major asset;
  • An excellent understanding of budgeting processes, financial analysis, and treasury management;
  • Good knowledge of work-in-progress (WIP) and project tracking, ideally within a construction context;
  • Experience implementing or improving ERP-related processes;
  • Knowledge of Acumatica (an asset);
  • The ability to communicate effectively in both French and English, orally and in writing. Your leadership style
  • You know how to rally people around common goals and foster a collaborative environment;
  • You enjoy understanding business challenges and proposing concrete solutions;
  • You combine rigor, good judgment, agility, and a strong sense of priorities;
  • You are comfortable in a dynamic environment where ideas and continuous improvement are valued;
  • You have a positive, approachable, and results-oriented approach. What We Offer A permanent, full-time position in a stimulating professional environment, featuring a hybrid work model with three days a week in the office. We also offer comprehensive group insurance coverage and an employer-contributed pension plan. Recognized over the years as a leader in its field across North America, CMC has been delivering large-scale, high-quality, and durable projects for 40 years. Here, every project is part of a long-term vision: building structures designed to stand the test of time and contribute to the legacy of the communities we serve.
