Summary As we embark on a multi-year digital transformation program, we are currently seeking an Sales & Business Transformation Analyst . This is a super exciting opportunity to join a team of problem solvers, and be part of a transformation, from strategy to execution.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Demonstrate clear passion for making an impact in business transformation
• Demonstrate business acumen and understanding of operating models
• Support Sales transformation projects, focused on evaluating current state, identifying opportunities, and creating transformation business cases, including the supporting technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and opportunities for digital innovation.
• Document sales and CRM-related processes, capturing current workflows, data flows, system interactions, and user pain points to inform future-state design and enable effective transformation planning.
• Participate in implementing solutions that enhance customer engagement, sales performance, and operational efficiency
• Support process improvement and operational effectiveness approaches, with a focus Sales processes and CRM optimization
• Use analytics tools to simulate and support decision making process

Minimum Requirements

• An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
• Proven problem solving, critical thinking, and ability to make connections between information and concepts from different sources
• Excellent report writing and oral presentation skill and demonstrated experience
• Strong analytical skills, experience with Power BI or equivalent
• Proficiency in SQL or other database query languages is required; experience with comparable query languages
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based project environment.
• Comfortable working iteratively and in situations without detailed instructions.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, sciences or a related field
• Experience in Management consulting or Data & Analytics a plus
