We are excited to begin our search for a New Grad Revenue Analyst to support our finance and accounting team through the analysis, monitoring, and reporting of revenue data. This role is ideal for an early‑career professional who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow into a strong performer within a high‑accountability environment. The successful candidate will work closely with our Director of Finance to support revenue reporting and forecasting, while helping to provide strategic insights that help drive overall business performance.
In addition to the duties typically expected of a Revenue Analyst, this role will:
- Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue reports for senior leadership.
- Support forecasting and budgeting activities by analyzing historical trends and current performance.
- Monitor key revenue metrics, identify variances, and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Record and track key financial KPIs using advanced dashboarding and reporting tools.
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, spreadsheets, and data models used for revenue monitoring.
- Drive operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing automation solutions.
- Conduct ad‑hoc analyses to support business decisions.
- Proactively resolve discrepancies to ensure timely, accurate, and high‑quality reporting.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Internship or co‑op experience in finance, data analytics, or business operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to clean, interpret, and analyze large data sets to derive meaningful insights.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel is required, and familiarity with advanced functions including VBA and macros, is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with dashboarding and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of data-focused programming languages (e.g., Python or SQL) is considered an asset.
- Experience using AI tools to automate data-related tasks is an asset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast‑paced business environment.

The approximate salary range for this role is $55,000–$60,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, educational attainment, professional designations, internal equity, and other job-related requirements.
